We are pleased to recommend the menus on this website as an attractive and convenient method of high quality but economical catering. Merely put forward as suggestions, it should be emphasised that we are flexible in our approach to creating a menu to suit your individual catering requirements. As we make all our food from scratch using fresh locally sourced ingredients we are adaptable to personal taste and dietary requirements. Our ciabatta breads are made daily and we pride ourselves in making whatever we can even down to the chutney to accompany our home-cooked peas pudding and ham. You may prefer to state a price per head and leave it up to us to select a variety of the listed options. This has proved to be particularly successful when catering for large numbers or when ordering food for meetings held on consecutive days. Alternatively tell us your budget and we will arrange accordingly. Whole trays of lasagna, Pan Haggerty, Spinach & Ricotta cannelloni or Melanzana Parmigiana can be made for your event, ( other dishes available on request). Trays of Antipasto, for an alternative to a buffet can be made using a selection of our deli wares and home made goodies. This often works well as a starter to precede our home made tray bakes ( see above). We also catered for children's parties with healthy food and ask us about our Christmas buffets with both hot and cold dishes.
